Sr. Account Manager

The Sr. Account Manager will play an instrumental role in growing accounts, creating new opportunities, fulfilling the agency’s vision and aiding in the overall growth of the agency. Must have a proven track record of successfully managing clients in the interactive/digital advertising/engagement space.  Digital advertising and engagement project types can include (but are not limited to) Web-based experiences and/or applications, mobile experiences/applications, social media campaigns/applications, etc. The ideal candidate will also excel at thinking outside of the box when problem solving or working to bring innovative ideas to life with our senior management and creative teams.

This position will work with new and existing accounts to create and grow strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and account viability, while also managing tasks such as briefs, client communications, budgets, internal team communication, project schedules, etc. As a key part of the agency's client-facing team, this role will work along side agency leadership, creative teams, development teams, etc. to produce and launch great work.

Ideal candidate is a self-starter, fun & personable, responsible, detail oriented and both a client advocate and an agency champion. Prior account management experience is a must, preferably at a growing advertising agency. Must also have experience working with interactive/digital advertising and be unintimidated and excited by emerging digital technologies. Strong project management skills preferred. Must have experience driving agency process in delivering digital advertising.

Qualifications:

- 3-5+ years previous advertising agency account management/executive project management experience. Interactive Agency experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Administration, or Marketing.
- Dynamic, innovative, business savvy personality.
- Mac platform experience a bonus.

Salary:

- Commensurate based on qualifications and experience
